The philosophy behind the collaborative work using SVN means that you should learn how to commit a new modify to the repository only when it’s necessary and only after the repo-browser check. While the common FTP sends files over the net, the SVN sends only the modifications to the files (also storing them in 2 separate databases, one is local and one is remote). SVN update makes a silent merge in your working copy. Conflicts with head revision must be resolved in local, before the commit action.
It’s recommended a useful comment on each commit, since you are working in a team now.
This T-shirt is born to communicate the need for a new evolving-oriented approach in a team work.
